What are the best systems you recommend?

I am currently pricing out and qualifying several different business functionalities and would love to get some input.

1. What is the best CRM you have used? Please keep the cost, value, and functionality in mind when answering. I won't pay a ton for it, but I want the world from it.

2. What is the best email autoresponder and list management system you have used?

3. How do you generate sales leads? I am used to old school like Dodge Reports, green sheets, and still learning about the new stuff, so I am sure there is a ton of stuff I have missed.

Just some thoughts to get conversation rolling, I would love to hear what you think. Thanks.

News: Things were slow for a but, all of a sudden there are a whole bunch of you. We have 120 people on the forum now. So in December we will pick up the contests. $50 to whoever post the most in Dacember, January, and February. $50 to the person voted the best poster for each month. And $100 to the person that people say is the most useful poster over the entire three months.
